regeneration: before & now

Time Lapse: 4 monthsThis area was used for growing spinach years ago.  It was completely overgrown with torn netting and rotting posts when we began work at the beginning of May.  Now it's growing strong, filled with: spinach, cabbage, broccoli, mint, parsley, sage, rosemary, and pineapple mint.

    Great work! It’s very inspiring to see such a productive garden in a desert environment. It seems like it may be a good environment for hoop-houses and straw-bale greenhouses as well. I look forward to hearing more about it.
